Marcus Fyffe Dressage Named Featured Dressage Clinicians at The Mane Event Symposiums

Wellington, Fla. – May 10, 2017 – Accomplished competitors, Olympian David Marcus and international Grand Prix dressage rider Nicholas Fyffe of Marcus Fyffe Dressage, have developed a strong reputation throughout the industry as professional, positive trainers. They offer fresh perspectives grounded in a systematic training method, which emphasizes the welfare of the horse and helps their students succeed at all levels. After a successful winter competition season at the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida, Marcus and Fyffe are now looking forward to touring across North America to teach at various symposiums and clinics.

Recognized as highly sought-after clinicians, the pair will kick-off their spring and summer season with two highlight equestrian educational events in May. Marcus will head to London, Ontario, to be a featured instructor for three days, May 12-14, at The Mane Event Symposium, one of the largest equine educational events and trade fairs in North America. Marcus has four lectures scheduled with riders ranging from First Level to Grand Prix.

“I am looking forward to teaching a wide range of rides at the symposium in Ontario this weekend,” Marcus said. “My sessions will focus on various training subjects including how the rider can effectively use their aids, understanding the warm-up, establishing better self-carriage and understanding when riders can introduce higher-level movements in their training.”

The Mane Event expositions attract thousands of spectators to enjoy a schedule packed with educational opportunities. It will also host a second series in Scottsdale, Arizona, May 26-28, where Fyffe is excited to be the featured dressage clinician. Fyffe will offer five in-depth clinics with topics ranging from improving the horse’s reactions to how to improve your dressage test and how to turn mistakes into a positive learning experience for you and your horse.

Fyffe recently held a symposium at the Equine Affaire Symposium in Columbus, Ohio, and his training approaches received high praise from participants.

“We soaked up Nicholas’ teaching and I really appreciated his riding insights, his approachability and his care for both the horse and rider,” said Elizabeth Ann Rowe, a spectator at Fyffe’s Equine Affaire symposium. “Thank you for being a part of the Equine Affaire experience and for sharing your knowledge!”

In addition to their sessions at The Mane Event series in May, Marcus and Fyffe are looking forward to a busy summer schedule headlining dressage clinics across the United States. They welcome riders of all experience levels who are interested in learning and improving their abilities and connection with their horses.
