Lexington, Ky. – April 8, 2019 – The premier horse show management company, Kentucky Horse Shows LLC, is proud to recognize the generous sponsors of the Kentucky Spring Horse Shows CSI3* series. Hosted at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, Kentucky, this year’s shows will take place over two weeks starting with the Kentucky Spring Horse Show from May 7-12 followed by the Kentucky Spring Classic Horse Show from May 14-19, 2019.

These shows would not be possible without their many sponsors including Hagyard Equine Medical Institute, World Equestrian Center, Hallway Feeds, Audi of Lexington, Classic Champions, Inc., FarmVet, Johnson Horse Transportation, Dietrich Equine Insurance Services, Take2 Second Career Thoroughbred Program Inc., GGT Footing, Winners Circle Trailer Sales and Services and the official hotel, The Clarion Hotel.

Hagyard Equine Medical Institute is one of the oldest and largest equine veterinary practices in the world. Founded in 1876, the institute offers a staff with qualifications unparalleled by any single non-university veterinary group in the equine industry. Hagyard veterinarians have dedicated themselves to the health and well being of the horse. Once again, the Hagyard Equine Medical Institute will be sponsoring the seven part Hagyard Challenge series, which concludes with the presentation of the Hagyard Leading Rider Bonus. They will also sponsor the $36,000 Hagyard Lexington Classic CSI3*, which will take place on Thursday, May 9 and Thursday, May 16.

Dr. Stuart Brown DVM said, “As we draw near on the 14th year of the Hagyard Challenge Series and Leading Rider Bonus Award we are thrilled to see what this series has become and how it has grown. This would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors and we thank them for joining us year after year and helping to make this series what it is today. We look forward to another exciting year of competition and wish everyone participating good luck.”

Ohio’s World Equestrian Center (WEC) has partnered with the Kentucky Horse Shows as the presenting sponsor of the exciting 17 part WEC/Kentucky Horse Shows USHJA National Hunter Derby series, which will be held at the Kentucky Horse Park and WEC. WEC has also expanded its sponsorship this year to include the all-new WEC 2’6″ Non-Pro Hunter Derby series for junior and amateur riders. This series will also culminate with the first annual WEC $10,000 2’6″ Non-Pro Hunter Derby at the WEC Finale Horse Show.

Located in Wilmington, Ohio, the World Equestrian Center features more than 200,000 square feet of climate-controlled riding space, making it one of the largest indoor/outdoor equestrian sport venues in the world.
