With a reputation for producing trendsetting, cutting edge events, including the famous Sunday Brunch at the International Polo Club, IPC Galas, prestigious horse shows such as Prince Harry’s Sentabale at Valiente, World Dressage Masters, and the Inaugural Palm Beach Masters at Deeridge, Wellington Hospitality Group is ready to help make their clients’ stand apart from the crowd.
WHG’s industry recognized Managing Partner, Aaron Menitoff, and his company specialize in infrastructure, production management, and special event services in addition to world class chef-prepared cuisine. In partnership with his General Manager, Julie Larson-Menitoff, a hospitality veteran and accomplished Executive Chef, Troy Sheller, WHG offers everything a host will need to make their event extraordinary.
“We want people to walk into an event and be so blown away with the creativity, presentation, theatrics, décor and look of the culinary offerings that they could turn around and leave at that point and be completely satisfied without even experiencing the event or the cuisine. That’s our goal and our passion and we do it obsessively on a daily basis.” said Menitoff. “We strive to have the host feel proud that their vision has been fully realized.”
With extensive experience in everything from large scale event production to intimate dinner parties, WHG can assist with all aspects of planning the perfect event- menu selection, décor, lighting, entertainment, security, valet, and tenting needs. They even have specialty mobile bars made from vintage vehicles like Airstream trailers and a British Double Decker Bus.
By providing guests with an exciting atmosphere and following up with delicious food, WHG creates an unmatched experience of excellence for each event they are involved with. Many longtime clients continue to be amazed at the group’s ability to design unique, trendy and creative environments.
This year, WHG is looking forward to planning and producing hospitality services for several of the VIP and signature events in the equestrian community of Wellington. The premier company has partnered with the Wellington National Golf Club to build two unique restaurant venues at their newly re-designed country club, on Binks Forest Drive.
The team that created the legendary Sunday Brunch & Polo experience is also partnering with Swank Farm in Loxahatchee to launch a much-anticipated gourmet Farm-to-Table Brunch series and Farmer’s Market on Sunday’s starting in January.
