The CYCLEBAR brand has grown into the largest network of premium indoor cycling studios since its inception in 2004. CycleBar’s success stems from its ability to produce a workout like no other that encompasses a full sensory experience in each and every class. With the combination of CycleBeats, the CycleTheatre, CycleStats, and top quality CycleStar instructors, each workout encourages riders to completely immerse themselves in the experience. Since its opening in July, the Wellington studio has also established a strong community presence, helping people improve their fitness while improving their community with fundraiser rides and donation drives. Multiple foundations including the Junior League of the Palm Beaches, the Parkinson’s Foundation, the Beacon of Hope 5k, the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and the Kids Cancer Foundation have benefitted from CYCLEBAR’s philanthropic mission.

CYCLEBAR Wellington CycleStar Instructors

There are many reasons why indoor cycling is the perfect exercise for competitive equestrians, including: improving cardiovascular stamina with High-Intensity Training (HIT) over a course of up to 20-miles, build muscle through endurance by utilizing abdominal muscles and the entire leg including quadriceps, calves, hamstrings, and glute; and burn 500 to 700 calories during the average 50-minute class!

“Before becoming the owner of CYCLEBAR, I was an amateur equestrian and very focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to improve my riding, said Erin Schiller, owner of CYCLEBAR Wellington. “I have not found another work out where I am challenged with 25-30 intervals. Many other equestrians complain they are lacking in cardio fitness, and this work out will help athletes of all levels achieve a greater cardio work out while having fun! I am thrilled to share this studio with fellow equestrians and help them to improve themselves and their riding over the winter season!

CycleBar Wellington encourages anyone in the area interested in learning more to attend one of the many classes offered seven days a week and to check out their website here.
