American Equus Welcomes Dressage Professional Katie Tharp as a Chosen Rider

Gilbert, AZ – June 23, 2017 – American Equus, crafters of innovative, American-made stirrups and spurs, have chosen accomplished Dressage professional Katie Tharp as the newest addition to the team of illustrious chosen riders. American Equus is excited to align their brand with a talented, young dressage professional who has ridden and worked for some of the top dressage athletes in the world and is busy establishing a successful professional reputation.

“I am extremely proud to have been selected as a Chosen Rider for American Equus,” said Tharp. “Aside from the sleek and colorful designs of their equipment, the quality is unsurpassed.  I ride in the American Equus Slim Stirrups in chrome and crimson.  The light weight and the slender design are perfect for dressage and the traction pins offer an unsurpassed grip that doesn’t wear and slip as easily as other stirrup pads. The best part is that all parts are interchangeable and can be customized to your liking.”
