Bainbridge Hosts Luncheon at Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida.
Wellington, FL – February 25, 2005 – The Bainbridge Companies, a Florida-based real estate development company, and Bainbridge Farm, owned by equestrian Richard Schechter, delighted almost 100 guests to an elegant luncheon catered by Ken Rose Catering at the Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) in Wellington, Florida, and the exciting performances of 69 of the top riders in the country competing in the $25,000 WEF Challenge Cup. The luncheon was held on Thursday, February 24, 2005 in the exclusive Sponsorship tent overlooking the Internationale Arena where the competition took place.
This was the first time that many of the guests who were clients of The Bainbridge Companies had the opportunity to appreciate the outstanding athletic talent of the riders and horses in the equestrian show jumping sport. Members of the equestrian echelon also attended in grateful appreciation of Bainbridge’s hospitality.
Growth and prosperity are familiar to Schechter, an avid equestrian, who produces outstanding real estate returns for his Bainbridge Companies investors and partners, having established a fully integrated organization that is engaged in development, construction, management, acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential real estate.
Schechter has also applied his business acumen, resources, and entrepreneurial drive to his passionate interest in the equestrian sport and is building a new home for his Bainbridge Farm, which will open in April 2005. The Farm features a 12-stall horse barn with cameras in every stall, generous grass paddocks, nighttime lighting, and a round pen. Schechter currently has three horses showing at the Winter Equestrian Festival with amateur rider, Jennifer Reid. Reid took home the Adult Equitation Championship aboard Bainbridge’s Kitsous Du Carry and the Adult Amateur Hunter Championship aboard Bainbridge’s Jiminy Cricket at a recent Littlewood Farm’s Horse Show in Wellington, and has been consistently receiving top ribbons at the Winter Equestrian Festival.
