*ALERT* 2008 Horse Shows by the Bay Stabling and Entry Update!

June 24, 2008 - Traverse City, MI - The 2008 Horse Shows by the Bay equestrian festival is quickly selling out of stalls for its three weeks of competition to be held on July 16-August 3 at Flintfields Horse Park. The second week of competition sold out prior to the closing date. Week one has 40 stalls remaining and week three has 100 left.

Management has decided to extend the deadline for Sport Horse and Hunter Breeding to July 11 to promote the newly added breed classes and divisions.

“Entry response has been overwhelming,” said horse show organizer Alexandra Rheinheimer. “We are looking forward to a fantastic summer of showing. The groups we have entered are of the highest caliber which should make for wonderful competition.”

EVENT: Horse Shows by the Bay & Dressage by the Bay

WHAT: A three week equestrian festival that is “AA” rated, World Champion Hunter Rider sanctioned, USEF & USDF rated and hosts a $25,000 grand prix each week. Horse Shows by the Bay hosts 1,200 horses and offers more than $360,000 in prize money.
