SBS Farms Win Two Circuit Championships, Four Reserve Circuit Championships At HITS Ocala Winter Circuit

Ocala, FL – March 15, 2006 – The riders and horses of SBS Farms had a very successful time at the HITS Ocala series this winter and finished with two Circuit Championships and four Reserve Circuit Championships. They accumulated fifteen championships and six reserve championships over the five week period. Fifteen year old Kacey McCann also brought further honors to the farm by winning the Best Junior Rider award four out of the five weeks.

Breitling won the Circuit Championship in the First Year Green Hunter division. During the circuit, Jennifer Alfano guided Breitling to a championship, a reserve championship and many blue ribbons for owner Jennifer Burger of Buffalo, New York.

Good Company, owned by SBS Farms, Inc. and ridden by Alfano, was Reserve Circuit Champion in the High Pre-Green Hunter division. The pair captured three championships to bring home the circuit prize.

Carlyle won the Circuit Championship in Large Junior Hunter 15 and Under and the Reserve Circuit Championship in the Modified Junior Hunters with Kacey McCann aboard for owner Susan Brunn of Medinah, Minnesota.

Regalo was the Reserve Circuit Champion in the Small Junior Hunter 15 and Under division. Kacey McCann rode Regalo for owners Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Oare of Warrenton, Virginia. Regalo was champion twice in the three weeks that McCann showed him and missed being circuit champion by one point.

Kacey McCann was also the Reserve Circuit Champion in the Equitation 15-17 division.

SBS Farm riders will compete next at the Atlanta Spring Classic in Atlanta, Georgia on March 22-26, 2006.
